Joe Morello, one of the most famous drummers in jazz history, suffering from heart problems, died Saturday, March 12 at his home in New Jersey, United States. Member of the Dave Brubeck Quartet, had 82 anni.Cresciuto in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he learned to play the violin, his musical skills were so early that already very early, at nine years had performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra in Concert for violin and orchestra by Felix Mendelssohn.
