Don Giovanni Maria Colombo died last night at the age of 91 anni.Originario of Caslano municipality in the canton Ticino, ordained in '43, he always did his best in initiatives for children disabilities. His creation since the early seventies such initiatives as the foundation called "What about us?" workshop for the mentally disabled in Piotta, the Foundation of King Lady to Bellinzona and interned at another facility with Claro, for guests with physical and mental disabilities, unfortunately often without parents or relatives that they can look after.
