Alberto Ruffo, prefect and adviser to presidents of Internal Affairs of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, has died suddenly Sunday at his residence in Milan because of a heart attack. He was seventy years old. In recent times, was divided between Lombardy, where he had his family, and Rome, as a servant of the state, in his capacity as adviser to the President Napolitano's internal affairs, and even before President Ciampi.
